Monster Sauce
This is a very spicy sauce made with coconut vinegar, similar to Tabasco. It also uses Japanese seasonings, so it goes well with Japanese food such as YUDOUFU and Chicken Hotpot, etc. We also recommend adding it to beer for a spicy Red Eye flavor.
